Hmmm got something interesting in the mail from Play INC. today. (Paul and
Kikki's company) Anyhow this is what it said:
An All-in-one, No Compromise, D1 Digital, Real-time
10 input Switcher
Editor with Machine Controls
2 Channel Digital Video Effects
10 ns Character Generator
Chroma Key with Transparent Shadows
Paint/Compositing
2D Animation
Audio Mixer
Dual Channel Still Store
Color Effects Processor
2 TBC's
is no big deal, unless it sells for 5995 and it's for your PC.
This was not meant to be a advertisment. Just some info on a product
(if its real) that will try and directly compete with the toaster.
I don't think it will see a rush of PC users buying though. 5995 is a little
steep to start out playing (no pun intended) with video, and the serious
probably already have toasters. Thats my opinion though.
